Your brain is the control centre of your body, orchestrating everything from your movements to your thoughts. But just like any machine, it needs the right care to function smoothly. So, what keeps it working at its best? It’s the right balance of nutrients, hydration, and regular health check-ups. When that balance is disrupted, a stroke can occur. What if small changes in your daily habits could help you protect yourself and those you love from a life-threatening condition?
